Recycling Programs

Country K9 Pet Resort & Spa has a recycling program in place.  Our goal is to reduce the amount of materials that end up heading to the landfill and to increase the amount of materials we recycle.  We recycle corrugated boxes, office paper, newspaper, telephone books, aluminum cans, plastic bottles (that can be recycled), plastic bags, laser and ink-jet printer cartridges, batteries and miscellany items that we come across.

Organic Products

Country K9 Pet Resort & Spa uses an environmental and pet friendly vinegar based organic week killer.

Pest Control

Country K9 Pet Resort & Spa utilizes a pest control company which follows Integrated Pet Management (IPM).  IPM is an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management that relies on a combination of common-sense practices.  IPM programs use current, comprehensive information on the life cycles of pests and their interaction with the environment.  This information, in combination with available pest control methods, is used to manage pest damage by the most economical means and with the least possible hazard to people, property, pets and the environment.
