Check-out Time
|
During our Spring/Summer/Fall Hours, check-out time is 1:00pm Monday - Friday, Noon on Saturday and 11:00am on Sunday. If you pick-up your pet prior to 1:00 pm Monday - Friday, Noon on Saturday and 11:00am on Sunday, you will not be charged for that day. Pets picked up after 1:00 pm Monday - Friday, Noon on Saturday and 11:00am on Sunday will be charged for the day of pick-up. Pets being bathed/groomed do not incur a boarding charge for the last day. * During Winter hours, check-out time does not apply. |

Felines/Other Pets

Effective May 5, 2025:
Overnight Accommodations - $20 per night. Every second felines/other pets sharing the same accommodation receives a discount of 20%. |

Country K9 would like to thank you for allowing us to care for your pets. We feel incredibility lucky to be able to be a part of your pets’ lives.
To continue to deliver the quality services your pet(s) deserve, we will be streamlining and increasing our boarding rates starting on May 5, 2025. This increase will bring us closer in alignment with the current industry pricing and will enable us to keep up with rising market costs without compromising on quality. At Country K9, you will still receive the best value for your money. Our spacious indoor/outdoor kennels provide your pet(s) with 4’x16’, 4’x26’, or 6’x26’ of space. While our heated/air-conditioned indoor only kennels provide your pet(s) with 4’x16’ of space. While all our staff love animals, we frequently employ those studying in animal-related fields, veterinary technicians, dog trainers and groomers. We currently have three staff members who are pursuing careers in animal-related fields who help care for your pets. We will continue to offer our Multi-pet, Military, Law Enforcement, and long-term boarding discount. Any reservations spanning from April to May will receive the previous rates for their entire stay. Everyone at Country K9 is grateful for your continued support and are very thankful for the opportunity to care for your pet(s) while you are away. Medications
|
In food - Free By Mouth - $1.00 per day Injections - $1.50 per injection If you have a human aggressive dog that requires medication, we can administer medication as long as it can be added and will be consumed by the dog with its food. If your pet requires ear/eye medication and will not cooperate, we will not force the administration of the medication for the safety of your pet and our employees. Otherwise, we suggest that you board your dog with their veterinarian. |

Playtime
|
Playtime sessions are approximately 30 minutes. $6.50 per session per family $10.00 for two sessions per day per family |

Multi-pet Boarding Discount - Additional pets sharing the same accommodation receive a discount of 20%
Military Boarding Discount - 10% boarding discount to all active, reserve, retired or disabled veterans with a valid military ID Law Enforcement Boarding Discount - 10% boarding discount to all active, reserve or retired law enforcement officers with a valid government ID Long Term Boarding Discount - 10% after 30 days Additional discounts may only be granted by the Facility Manager and/or Owners. |

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

We realize that plans do change and wish to accommodate all of our customer's needs and
will be as flexible as possible. Cancellation is required by 3:00pm 2 days prior to non-holiday reservations and by 3:00pm 3 days prior to holiday reservations (New Year’s, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). Failure to cancel your reservation per our policy or being a "no show" will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a $25.00 charge to your account. |

Payment
|
For your convenience, cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
All payments should only be made to Country K9 and checks should never be made to third parties.
Returned Check Policy
The return of a check (electronic or paper) issued to Country K9 will result in a $15.00 returned check fee. Each client will be allowed one returned check after which payment by check will not be accepted. |
