After you have submitted your Reservation Request, you will receive an email containing the details of the request you submitted. This is not a confirmation, this is a record of the Reservation Request that you just submitted.
Please be patient as our online reservation requests are manually processed. Submitting a reservation request online does not guarantee a spot for your pet. Once we review your request and verify availability, you will receive either:
If you do not receive a reservation confirmation email from us, please check your “Junk/Spam” mail folder in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If that is the case, please add our email to your “Safe List”. Please note that the system that you use to submit a reservation request is a different system than the one that stores your reservation and sends you a reservation confirmation email. It is completely possible for one to fail and not the other. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if you have not received your reservation confirmation email unless we receive a system error or we receive a delivery failure email. If you do not receive a reservation confirmation email, please call to inquire.
If you need an immediate reservation and confirmation, please call (540) 667-PETS instead of submitting an online request.
Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions to pay your deposit. Failure to pay your deposit, does not cancel your reservation. You still need to cancel per our cancellation policy.

- An email notifying you that we do not have availability for the dates you requested, or
- A confirmation email with a reservation confirmation number
