Per state mandate, everyone over 5 years old is required to wear a mask inside public places unless you have a health condition that prohibits wearing one. Please wear a face mask when entering our facility. If you would prefer parking lot pickup and/or drop off, please call once you have arrived.
Our lobby is open for those with an appointment. Our lobby is equipped with an Air Oasis UV air purifier which reduces up to 99% of viruses and bacteria. Please limit the number of people who enter the lobby for drop offs and pick ups and practice social distancing.

Anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms in the past two weeks or anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19, even if you aren’t showing symptoms, please have someone else drop off or pick up your pet(s).
At this time, we are not offering tours of the facility. Because our customers are typically boarding their pets because they are traveling, there is an increased risk of exposure and therefore an increased risk of contamination of the facility. We will be extending our lobby winter hours through April 30, 2020:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 11am
3pm - 5pm
Saturday: 8am - Noon
Sunday: 9am - 11am
On days that we have no scheduled reservations, the lobby will be closed. The kennel is always open and there will be staff here every day for feeding, cleaning, daycare, grooming and open/close.
We will be offering boarding discounts to those people who are working due to COVID-19 and those who are sick and need assistance taking care of their pets.

As more confirmed cases of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) surround our area, we thought it was important to address the situation.
At this time, our lobby will remain open but if the situation warrants, this could change. We are reinforcing the cleaning of frequently touched surfaces, such as counter tops, water faucets, light switches and doorknobs.
The health of our staff as well as our clients is very important to us. We will be suspending tours of our facility at this time. Clients will be limited to our lobby area. Only those clients who routinely escort their dogs to their kennels for safety reasons will be allowed access to the kennel wings.
If you have a reservation that you will no longer need, please call and let us know. We would also appreciate it if you are picking up early to give us a heads up. There will be no fee or other consequence for a cancelled or rescheduled reservation.
